Additional Terms – AI Features & Content

Effective date: Aug 1st 2025
Applies to: The Erotic 3D Art Club websites, Dreamlight Studios, Dreamlight AB, communities, courses, and any AI-assisted features (collectively, the “Service”).

1) What We Do (and Don’t Do)

  • Education only. We provide information, tutorials, opinions, and online lessons related to AI and digital creation. We do not provide legal, professional, or compliance advice.

  • No ownership of AI tools. We do not own or operate any AI models, APIs, platforms, or third-party tools discussed or used within the Service (“Third-Party AI”). We only access, integrate, or link to them.

  • You choose how to use tools. Any use of Third-Party AI is at your discretion and subject to those providers’ own terms and policies. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with them.

2) Third-Party AI & Platform Terms

  • Flow-down terms. By using features that rely on Third-Party AI, you also agree to the third-party’s terms, acceptable-use rules, and content policies. If a third-party provider changes or revokes access, related features may change, break, or be discontinued without notice.

  • No warranties. We make no promises about the availability, accuracy, safety, or suitability of any AI outputs or third-party services.

3) Content Standards (Strict)

All AI-generated or user-submitted content within the Service must follow all of the rules below. We may remove or block content and/or accounts at our discretion for violations.

Absolutely prohibited:

  • Minors / “young-looking” content: No persons under 18, no “young-looking” depictions, no teen/child framing or role-play, no age regression, no “barely legal” themes.

  • Non-consensual or exploitative content: No sexual violence, coercion, trafficking, incest, intoxication/incapacitation, doxxing, blackmail, or revenge pornography.

  • Real-person misuse: No use of real persons’ names, faces, voices, or likenesses (public or private) without verifiable permission; no deepfakes or “look-alikes” intended to depict real individuals.

  • Animals & bestiality: Strictly not allowed.

  • Violence & harm: No sexualized violence; no extreme, graphic, or hateful conduct.

  • Illegal content: No content that violates applicable law, including CSAM, obscenity, or other regulated content. Zero tolerance.

Required for all allowed erotic content:

  • 18+ only. All depicted persons must be adults (18+) and presented as such—no school uniforms, childlike accessories, or age-coded cues.

  • Ethical framing. Consensual, adult-only, non-exploitative portrayals.

  • Fictional / synthetic focus. If using AI, rely on fully fictional or licensed assets. Never suggest or imply real individuals.

  • Context tags. Where applicable, label AI-generated media as “AI-generated” or “synthetic.”

4) Your Responsibilities

  • Compliance with law. You are solely responsible for ensuring your activities comply with all laws and regulations where you live and where content is accessed.

  • Safe inputs & outputs. Do not input or attempt to generate prohibited content. Do not bypass filters or safety systems.

  • Sensitive data. Do not input personal, confidential, or regulated data unless you have the lawful right and a valid purpose to do so.

5) Intellectual Property & Licenses

  • Your inputs. You retain rights to materials you submit (“User Content”). You grant Erotic 3D Art Club, Dreamlight Studios and Dreamlight AB a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, display, and adapt User Content solely to operate the Service (including moderation, backups, and technical integrations).

  • AI outputs. AI outputs may be non-unique and similar or identical results may be generated for others. We do not guarantee exclusive rights, originality, or non-infringement of AI outputs.

  • Third-party rights. You must have all necessary rights and permissions for anything you upload or request the AI to generate.

6) Moderation & Enforcement

  • We may monitor, filter, restrict, or remove content; limit or suspend accounts; and report unlawful content to authorities.

  • If we learn of suspected illegal content (including CSAM), we will act swiftly, including preservation of records and reporting as required by law.

7) No Professional Advice; Use at Your Own Risk

  • Information and lessons are educational and opinion-based.

  • AI systems can produce incorrect, biased, or unsafe outputs. Independently verify facts and obtain professional/legal advice when needed.

8) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • As-is service. The Service and AI features are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

  • No liability for your conduct. You are solely responsible for your actions, your content, and any consequences.

  • Limited damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Erotic 3D Art Club, Dreamlight Studios, Dreamlight AB and its owners, affiliates, staff, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for more than the amounts you paid us in the last 3 months for the Service, if any.

9) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Erotic 3D Art Club, Dreamlight Studios and Dreamlight AB from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

14) Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Additional Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles.

  • Venue: Courts located in Sweden shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law says otherwise.

  • Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
